When a new friend moves into the neighborhood, Isabella befriends her and they become really close. Isabella is trying to get over Phineas, while Phineas is in a state of confusion, and is trying to figure out his feelings, and Candace is worried. Will the new neighbor cause trouble, or help out our confused friends figure out their feelings... or maybe both?
This is my first fanfic, so it's not my best work... but still, please enjoy! :)
