When a new friend moves into the neighborhood, Isabella befriends her and they become really close. Isabella is trying to get over Phineas, while Phineas is in a state of confusion, and is trying to figure out his feelings, and Candace is worried. Will the new neighbor cause trouble, or help out our confused friends figure out their feelings... or maybe both?

This creates an issue, because they have no way of reversing it till AFTER the dance. Keep in mind that the boys swapped personalities(meaning Phineas has Ferb's quiet self, while Ferb has Phineas' outgoing attitude.) While this is happening, Ferb has ideas to help his brother get with Isabella, only if his brother promises to help him get his crush. Will they succeed in time before the big dance, or will they be stuck forever? Disclaimer: I don't own anything but the plot, all rights reserved.
