Hametsu

Tsubaki Sakaiko is the next in line to be sovereign of their province whilst her younger sister Mitsuki was being groomed to be the next general of their army. However a civil war in their province on account of the betrayal of their grand advisor and a mysterious masked man carries the potential to ruin everything their clan has worked for. Now with the loss of their family and home they're forced to flee to the neighboring province.
The sovereign of the neighboring province Kenshin Hatori knows a lot more than he's letting on. With the help of his league of spies, The Dragons Eyes, they quickly discover just how much information and secrets have been kept from them. Not completely trusting Kenshin but realizing they need his help as well as Kirigayas, Kenshin's closets friend and sovereign to another of the five provinces, Tsubaki accepts their help to get their province back and find out who is the mysterious man behind the mask.
Between secrets, lies, war, love and strange entanglements Tsubaki and Mitsuki will risk everything to get back home to their rightful positions and bring an end to the turmoil. Will they succeed or will their enemies manage to throw all five provinces in chaos leading to their destruction?
