ManxMan | In 1920, when merely being homosexual is punishable by up to life imprisonment under British Law, a young English doctor flees his homeland after nearly steeping his aristocratic family's name in scandal. With a brand new identity he sets off to Canada in hopes of making a life for himself and starting afresh in the Canadian Prairies; in hopes of finding, what they call where he comes from, 'a home from home'. But what will happen when he's greeted at the Calgary railway station by a handsome young Mountie who might just make him risk it all once again...

| ManxMan | - Historical Fiction - Strong SEXUAL Content | Tossed aside for his sexual preferences, a young lord is abandoned by his family. But, he isn't alone for long as a towering, rather intimidating and...handsome man happens upon him at the lowest point in his life. However, this man doesn't look upon him with judgment in his eyes. There is a sort of unspoken sympathy, and it shows itself well enough when he is swept off his feet and taken to the man's home. Untouched, unjudged and given a place to stay, this young lord will come to find he's been given a second chance. But he's afraid. Of what? (This story is based on a character introduced in 'The Beauty of Coincidence'. You don't need to read that one, but a piece of useful information would be that Edgar works for someone named Norman Ramsey, a man who has accepted that his own son is gay (he is not homophobic even though it's the 1820s, and Edgar is extremely loyal to the name of Ramsey). Enjoy!)
