Inspired by Mia Botha's September Writing Prompts and Canadiantardis, "Small Problems," Ali lives in the shelter with Thomas and his friends. Follow the borrower and human protagonists along their journeys as they learn to live under the same roof and between the same walls.

Virgil has the next couple years of his life planned out: he'll graduate from high school and study Graphic Design in college. His roommate will be his best friend, Roman. At the end of college, he'll move into an apartment, get a boyfriend and start his life. But as he gets caught up in how he really wouldn't mind that boyfriend to be Roman, his high school throws a three-day school trip at him and his friends. He gets placed in a cabin with not only Roman, but his two other friends Patton and Logan. The four of them are also in an activity group together, which means that the four of them will be around each other for most, if not all, of the 72-hour period. So, here Virgil is. Stuck far away from home in a cabin with his crush. For three. Whole. Days. A Sanders Sides Story This is the story of eight year old Damien. He's been living in an orphanage for about a year now. His parents didn't give him the kind of attention they should have and after his neighbors found out about what happened inside their walls, they called the police. His parents got arrested and His grandparents weren't able to take care of him, as much as they wanted to, so child service took him away into an orphanage. His life wasn't the easiest but Damien still hoped for a happy end.

Thomas moved into a cheap apartment, so he could be on his own. He didn't expect roommates, much less dead ones. (Fair warning- This story is only a first draft! I never thought I would finish it, so I never bothered to make a plot outline or go over things before I published them. Therefore, there's some strings left untied. "Mr Blair?" she asks my mother while motioning to me. "Yes. Thank you." My mother replies. I start to stumble backwards towards the carrige I just got out from when I notice two hands on either of my arms. I feel my body moving closer to the building as it's darkness englufs me.

He just needed an apartment that would be okay with his job. Trying to keep to his price range and find what he needed was proving to be so much harder than he thought it would. This would be his first time moving somewhere that he didn't know the owners of the place beforehand. "Welcome to YouTube life, idiot." Virgil grumbled to himself. He picked up his phone again, going to close out of the app he was using, but suddenly a line on one that he hadn't looked at caught his eye. 'Must be willing to allow for eccentric work ethics and schedules, as owner of the apartment works independently online.' Virgil tapped on the listing and began to read. 'Four bedroom apartment, looking for up to three roommates. Apartments beneath and above are both empty at the moment, noise is not a problem so long as residents are courteous. Preferred that applicants are male.' Virgil stared at the listing. This was so... so perfect. He closed the app and tapped his messenger app. 'Hey Pat, I think I found something.' Disclaimer: I just reread A Lesson in Practicality by @residentanchor, so there might be some things ever so slightly similar to that, but if there are I am not doing it on purpose and I apologize. Characters belong to Thomas Sanders, as we know, and all Sanders Sides ships are tagged because if I'm completely honest I haven't fully decided what endgame ships are going to be. Hope you enjoy!
