Dylan Monroe has lived in the same town all his life, but never really cared to know much about the people in it. He knew enough already;  the people had deep pockets and small minds. He had neither, so he didn't waste his time trying to figure out people who wouldn't do the same for him, even if given the chance. His perspective starts to change when he meats Ian Railey, a talented star swimmer with blue eyes, a tragic past, and secrets deep enough to drown in. 
   With interference of a nosy cousin and swim meet, things start to change as he and Ian meet and slowly begin to grow closer. They start to see where the other needs mending and begin to help each other in more ways than one, but life is cruel, secrets are hard to keep secrete, and losing important things is far easier than it should be.
