Beau Commet is an outcast of her school, being so shy and awkward. She isn't like the others. The only time she is fully outgoing, is on the internet, which leads to some coincidences. But it isn't the internet that shes obsessed with, nor tumblr. It's Alixzayndr, who she talks to day and night over the internet. They've been best internet friends for over a year, and she has had developing feelings for him since she recieved that first message, but hasn't said a thing because too many states stand between them, and a long distance relationship is complicating. They agree that things should never get complicated.
After a day of normal school attendance, Beau gets news from her mom at dinner. They're moving to Massachusetts in two weeks.
