Sociopath;  A person with a personality disorder manifesting itself in extreme antisocial attitudes, behavior and lack of conscience.

And here's their love story in a form of a mock psychoanalysis/ research paper turned fiction short story with the main characters S.H. (the case study subject) and Rivera, (the interviewer/researcher).
