Tris is a young adult from Chicago, Illinois. She leaves her old home town to get away from her stuck-up parents and the death of her friend, Susan, and she moves to Portland, Oregon with 2 suitcases and 75 dollars. She is able to continue college and soon, with the help of her friend, Christina, she finds a job as a bartender and part-time dancer. She falls in love with it and shows everyone her true colors instead of being shy.
Everyone loves her, especially a certain dark brown, deep, blue-eyed boy named, Four. Follow Tris through parties, heartbreaks, jobs, college, and dancing at Burlesque. . . as the Outsider.

Except for Tris; her father died and Christmas's were never the same since he was the spirit. As soon as she graduated from college she got out of the old town and became a best selling author. Now, at 25, she's come back to the town for Christmas at her mom and new husbands request. Tobias Eaton has lived in the town since the day be was born. He grew up loving the holiday. Their plan to be back in time to celebrate Christmas with their friends turns to dust (or snow ;-) ) as they end up being snowed in together in an empty house. Hello everyone, this is a short Christmas story I decided to write spontaneously five days ago, inspired by the snowflakes I watched falling (peacefully though, without a storm) outside my window...
