Who Knew?

|| Snarls left his lips as he crept toward the small, trembling child that had backed into a tree trunk. Jaws parted, teeth bared, ears back.

"Katsuki!" A call from the woods and immediately his eyes snapped from the kid to the shuffling of feet just on his left.

Red hair and a bright smile peeked through the leaves and the teen held out a hand.

The blond hound sighed with an eye roll and sat back, shaking out his limbs as the spiky blond hair slowly sunk into his skin. Bones creaking and growing or shrinking in size, his body heaved and all at once he was human once more.
"What Eijirou?"

"You're terrifying the townspeople again aren't you?"

He snorted, taking the outstretched hand in his own and following the boy into the cover of the forest greenery.
"No."

"Lair."

"And?"

"You're a dickhead."

"You're a prick, the kid almost pissed itself before you rudely waltzed in."
