This story entails a user of one for all from a parallel dimension named Genjitsu Kotai. This universe is virtually the same as the Mha universe except for one detail. Ofa was given to a 15 year old boy who has a lightning quirk, is a super genious with an IQ of 216, and is from the richest family in the world in his dimension. The story starts off with him arriving in the current Mha universe.
