A mafia family that rules the genteel city of Avila, Spain is thrown into chaos when it's head is cut off in a battle for power. The familia de Perrón and the familia de Espinal become mortal enemies splitting Avila's allegiances. Perrón's eldest son returns from university with the job of avenging his father's and sister's deaths, and begins to assemble and train a new army to to rise against the Espinals. Matters become further complicated when Ulices Perrón discovers his first and only love has separate loyalties. Surrounded by death, hate, and greed, will love overcome, or will they be separated forever? Set in 1920's Spain, this fictional depiction of Spanish mafia culture is loosely based on Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare.
