I look at the small living room clock, 4:30pm. I looked around for any signs of my parents. It was silent. Maybe they are out...As I look around I see shattered glass on the couch along the floor leading I got the kitchen and hallway. 
I probably should clean this up before they get home I thought walking around to the kitchen. Following the trail I soon find that it's not just glass...There is a dark red liquid trail staining the floor and parts of the wall leading further down the hallway. 
"W-what the h-hell!?" I mumbled under my breath shocked as I saw the trail lead to a pair of legs sticking out of the bathroom.
