This is General [redacted] reporting from the vessel [redacted] We have spotted a rogue ship idly stalling near coordinates (9,4, 16) in private space owned by the S.S.T, vassal of the institution of travel. The unidentified ship seems to be the source of a weak distress signal, we are initiating protocol 2446. due to a mass amount of residue, we are going to send 5 standard HT cruisers to maneuver around and board the ship. We'll keep you updated on the current confrontation, stay frosty.
