In a post-apocalyptic America, a new anarchist government has gained control of the area. When a rebellion group attempts to overthrow the Capital, the Capital fights back and places a new set of laws that devastates the country. In an attempt to neutralize the population, The Awakening was deemed a National holiday where all eighteen year olds must have a chip placed in their body so the Government can track them. However, a mutation of a lethal disease has spread to a small group of people resulting in them having some capabilities beyond those of normal humans.
