Vic is an incredibly shy and introverted boy, who hasn't left his house in years. Many of the neighbors don't even know of his existence, as he just fantasizes about leaving and stares out the windows for hours on end, but can never get the courage to actually leave. Especially when you mix that with his insane fears and insecurities, one being agoraphobia. His family tries to push him into leaving but he just doesn't. When one day he see a new family moving into the house across the street and Vic becomes interested in knowing who they are, especially the youngest in the family.
