Much like Kahn Laboratories, this database will contain fictional diseases prevalent in today's society (and maybe some real ones to sound more legit). This book is merely a work of fiction thought up by me while listening to Plague Inc's soundtrack. The P.C.C Foundation is a fictitious entity and in any way does not reflect any real life companies/agencies whom are protecting our world from pathogens. Submissions are currently open.

Synopsis: A futuristic 70's themed City in France that possesses a hyper modern technology and a disease free City, had turned into a condemned derelict city due to the unknown outbreak that can turn the humans and animals into undeads and supermonsters. Caused by the owner of the leading company of premium medicines in the World named Dr. Jacob F. Wyre. Matthias Filler a highly intelligent high school graduate, also Dr. Jacob Wyre's nephew and his assistant scientist is trying to end up his apocalyptic plan named Project Scrutiny, by doing this, Matt is going to enhance his own cure that can discharge it's airborne effect uncontrollably. However Matt didn't continue the enhancement of his cure as he noticed something about the outbreak, it turns out that Dr. Jacob's apocalyptic scheme had a very important purpose for the World even though it destroyed most of the human race, as Dr. Jacob knew that there is something very diabolic is go to come soon and the only way to battle them is to let him fulfill his plan. Does Matt is going to believe his uncle that something very bad are coming soon and the only way to fight it is to let the undead apocalypse continue all the way, or not and let himself to spoil his uncle Jacob's plan? Sanctuary. That was what the quarantine dome was supposed to be, a place of refuge from the N-Gel and the deadly Neoplague they unleashed on the world. But we aren't safe here.
