Leon S. Kennedy is a man who doesn't have too much luck in finding dates. He met a woman at a young age who wore a red dress when they first met. Didn't expect it to be the last he ever saw of her. He wonders on where she is now from time to time.
His good friend, Claire Redfield, is willing to help him get a girlfriend to fill the emptiness in his heart.  As much as she tries, he still has hard luck on finding the right women for him.
