Inspired by the game Valorant from Riot.
It's my first work in English, so if you find mistakes or something like that, sorry. I'm doing my best.

Back to cook you up a new fic ;) For Halloween approaching fast; I chose to make a fantasy world AU world with Valorant protocol- so here's a quick index to be properly in the fictional world: In this world, beings such as Vampires, Werewolves, Shapeshifters, witches and fae exist. Just like most stories and legends, there is war amongst most of these parties. They don't all hate each other, but tensions do arise.There are camps that regroup either 2 or more of the named species to live in; a sanctuary of sorts. Typically, they do still need to rely on human resources to provide proper living in the camps. These camps are often further off from society to avoid having humans come too close. No humans are allowed in the camps.Humans aren't 100% aware these creatures exist; some do not believe, some say it's a legend. Hunters who survived an encounter would paint most as monsters, though most assume the person has gone mad.Some of these species do choose to live independently; having their own packs, camps, safehouse, etc, meaning wild encounters can happen. Furthermore, some of these groups are centuries old.Last but not least, Reader is a werewolf; an omega. Hope you all enjoy my fic; to those who will think the intro sounds familiar... This is my go at a VALORANT fanfiction; this will be using a character I created (that you, reader, will be in the POV of.) I apologise if it sucks, I'm trying my best. *** Mountains, ice and snow. This was all Everest knew and understood; until a freak accident that occurred on her descent from Mount Everest completely turned her life upside down. Fearful of her sudden new abilities, she cut herself off from everyone around her, isolating herself to prevent anyone accidentally getting hurt. News reporters had shared her early discovery of her abilities to the world, even without her consent.Nobody saw her after that, and wondered where one of the greatest mountaineers of their time had disappeared to. From afar, she watched strange men in laboratory coats and armed guards take people away from her town. Family, friends, neighbours. She didn't know who these people were, or why they were doing it, but she had a solid theory. That they wanted her, and were using those close to her to draw her out of hiding. To try and control her, to kill her, she didn't know. A new organisation contacted her out of the blue after a while, offering safety and help with her new abilities.
