She wonders through the familiar garden, taking notice of the stone bench where she once sat. It has been two years. Being nineteen has passed much like her wedding with her husband. It was a beautiful sight. The brightest Rose of the kingdom choosing the love of her life.

Shadow... my love... I cannot bare to lead an army against them.
Sonic... Why have you done this? Is this the curse that goes through your family? Greed?

I hold onto Shadow, we hug each other for dear life- watching as our former friend take us all. The status of Queen no longer matters now. It is now a fight for survival as the forest grows beyond its borders and swallows the light leaving us in the dark.
