Seventeen year old high school student Park Jimin is always the center of attention due to his beauty. Yet Jimin has never cared about anyone but himself due to his traumatic past. His friends exist only so he can use them for his gains. Jimin is only interested in money. He is involved in "compensated dating" and extortion.

One day Jimin's photographs get mixed up at the store with another person. Then he met 35-year-old college professor Jeon Jungkook and falls in love for the first time. Jimin feels confused by his emotions. He changes from a confident, mature person, to something more like a typical schoolboy with a huge crush. He follows Jungkook around, asks him to tutor him and wants to date him. Although Jungkook becomes interested in Jimin, there is a reason he does not pursue the relationship. However, Jimin is very insistent and starts changing his whole world for the better in order to be with him.

Suddenly Jungkook disappears without saying goodbye and Jimin is crushed. His friends, with the help of Jungkook's relative, found him working at another school. Then Jimin finds out that he was dying of brain cancer, which is why he wanted to keep his distance, in order to avoid breaking Jimin's heart.
