"Let the 50th Hunger Games begin!"

Katniss Everdeen wasn't chosen for the 50th Hunger Games. Her sister was.

"The nightmares never go away."

Watching 47 die does leave an imprint.

"The Victor of the 50th Hunger Games, Katniss Everdeen of District 12."

One that never goes away.

Asleep: A Hunger Games Tale

25 Parte Ongoing Mature

Lynnia wasn't like most girls; no, she was a dreamer. She dreamed of a better future for herself, her family, and her friends. This was all put to the test, however when her name was drawn in the reaping ceremony for the 66th Hunger Games. Lynnia was no stranger to the Hunger Games, she knew personally how it affected the families of the fallen tributes with her older brother having been a tribute when she was a child, but Lynnia was determined to succeed. To do this she must face all odds to come out a Victor while also worrying about how she can still keep her dreams alive. Maybe along the way she just might discover there are other ways play the games and maybe she just might find a friend or two along the way. I do not own the Hunger Games or the characters from the books. I just love the story and have for a long time. I do own Lynnia and her family as well as her story.
