The magic saga of the Arcane family

This story follows the life of a boy named Ran Arcane who lives with his alcoholic uncle ( Black Arcane). Everything is somewhat normal for him until a magical cult try's to kill his uncle. Ran then finds out that his uncle is the worlds most powerful mage alive. Ran then gets sent to a school where he learns to become a mage.

(How the magic works)
Mages are a subspecies of humans who have the ability to use magic. Every mage can control magic. But some are born with more magic then others. Some mages have ability to use a different form of magic that they were born with.

Most mages are born without these Magic's and can only use basic magic but the rarest of these Magic's is Elemental magic. Elemental mages are hardly ever born and the world celebrates when one is found but one has not been found for hundreds of years
