Born with advanced heart failure, you weren't able to live your life as you hoped to. Ever since you watched the little giant play on court, you dreamt of being able to play volleyball. But this was impossible because of your condition.

One day, a silver haired boy moved into the house next door and you two quickly become friends. As a setter himself, he also teaches you the basics of volleyball. Soon, both of you get into Karasuno High and grow up to be 3rd years together. Unknowingly, you two also start falling for each other.
