A man with a purpose tho not a clear one comes to an old, overgrown ballroom wearing a sleek blue suit and a cracked masquerade mask. Walking to the entrance with no worry about his clothes getting wet. He opens all of the doors with one grand motion revealing the musty dance floor, with a chandelier piercing it in the center. The man plays a record on a record player in the back of the room. The vines return to the forest, spiders crawl out of their webs, the glass returns to the windows, and the chandelier rises from the floor, Moonlight shining through every crystal. The shadows of those long past began to rise.

(Please feel inclined to give any sort of feedback even if just on one chapter, ideas are always appreciated. This is the first story I've ever written)

You kept your head down, staring a your brown boots. You slightly tilted your head towards the sound of shoes coming towards you. By the way they sounded as they hit the street, you assumed whoever was nearing you was wearing dress shoes. Probably some rich man who felt sorry for the little girl alone on the dark cold streets. You kept your eyes down. The sound stopped, you could see the black dress shoes in your view. They were an inch or two away from your boots. Your eyes trailed passed the shoes, up black trousers, to a black tailcoat and grey vest, then finally to a face. A handsome male looked down at you. "You have incredible skills with those swords you carry around on your back. I'd like to offer you a position. Room and board would be included. No experience necessary." He leaned closer to your ear and whispered, "I'll teach you everything you need to know." }{ You were a normal everyday teenager, killer, but then a fancy annoying man found you and offered you a job working for the Queen's Watchdog. Then you were a normal maid, who killed any unwanted visitors, until an old partner visited you and offered a job you couldn't resist taking. The job is simple, kill Ciel Phantomhive. (yes I realize that's a cliché fanfiction move) }{ I do not own Black Butler or any of the Black Butler characters, only the ones I create. (Lizzy as Ciel fiance does not exist in this story, don't want the whole drama of an engaged "man" loving another "woman")

|| Highest ranking: #9 in protection ⚔️ #1 in A Court Of Thorns and Roses🌹 #7 in Sarah J Maas 🧝🏼‍♀️ || "What?" Rhys asked, frowning at Mor. She shrugged, "by the looks of it, your going to be a father soon." Darkness exploded through the room. Cutting out my vision, it seeped through the windows, blocking out any visible light. Calloused hands pressed down against my shoulders, holding me in place. Soothing talons scraped down my mental barriers, trying to pry them open. I could feel his presence through the dark, feel the warmth of his body as he stood in front of me. The darkness subsided to uncover the violet stare of Rhysand eyes gazing down at me. Talons scraped at my mental walls once more before he spoke down our bond, Is this true? I looked to my mate, "Yes." He receded a few steps, stumbling over his words, "how?" "Well, when a mummy and a daddy love each other very much-" "HOW?" He snapped, cutting me off. Sighing, I relaxed my wings, exhausted from today's events, and let them slide to the floor. "A witch put a spell on me," I muttered, unable to make eye contact, "one which I think changed the year I was living in." *** Feyre is the Hight Lady of the Night Court. I know everyone at this school, but with his features hidden behind his mask I can't tell who he is. "Sure, I would love to." Did I just say that? I agreed to dance with a random boy who I don't know. He takes my hand and leads me to the dance floor. We dance for a few songs and then he asks me, "Would you like to take a walk? I know the perfect place." I nod and he pulls me behind him off the dance floor. We leave the hotel and start walking down a little path. At the end of the path I notice a little fountain surrounded by candles. I wonder if he set this up. We walk over to the fountain and we sit down on the edge.
