What would happen if Little Red Riding hood fell in love with her wolf? What if she became her own woodsmen? What if the story was a circle that never ended? This is a modern spin of the all-time fairytale classic.
Ruby has always been raised to be kind, to love everyone, but she cannot love Steven Woodson, the son of the woodsmen who protects the little town of magic, fey, and knights. Ruby cannot become a knight, because not only would it displease her Grandmother, but go against the unspoken rules of being a knight.
Sebastian hasn't had a home since he turned thirteen, his past is his own to tell, but his future he is determined to spend with the beautiful Ruby. He sees her strength from the beginning, a strength in her kindness which enchants him. He is determined to help her, and she is determined to learn. He joins the knights in training and teaches her what he learns, but when he loses his charm to Steven and his gang of bullies, he loses control on the most dangerous night for a halfling werewolf: The full moon.
