During a chase after a dog that stole a donut, Charlie and Vaggie fall into the undergrounds of hell where they discover a towering behemoth of a caveman named Oogar dwelling beneath the depths of Pentagram City.

Despite his monstrous appearance, immense strength, and lack of intellect,  Oogar is actually interested in redemption and joins Charlie's redemption program out of curiosity. Oogar will now have to learn to adapt to his new surroundings, overcome his fears, and traverse his way down the path of redemption.
