The trickster god Loki was imprisoned in Asgard after attacking Earth (I can't spell so I will not be using midgar to often if I use it at all) and was being tortured for his crimes that he had comited while under the control of Thanos the guards would do a lot of horrible things physical pain or mental pain it disnt mater just as long as he suffered some of the guards even went as far as to rape him but this didnt last long after Thor found out about the torture and that Loki was under the control of Thanos he made a deal with his father to send Loki to Midgar/Earth as a new punishment since Loki was showing no signs of remorse for what he did and Odin agreed after a lot of arguing and Loki will now be staying in the stark tower.

I forced my eyes open and my mind to work. "Do not worry. She will be safe with me, my friend."
