A decades-old cold case's main suspect has been on the move again. Destruction and death is being left behind in their path.

But, funny thing is, no one knows exactly who the main suspect is. That's why Parker was sent on a misson. He was meant to find the suspect with the little information he had, and bring them back to the maximum security prison.
