Inari's Children is a modest, religious cult that is on Mt. Fuji. They worship fertility, omegas, and the fertility goddess-hence Inari's children. They believe that omegas are the purest gender and should be treated as such.

They believe in polyamory, and the the shrine priest is the best suited and hand picked by Inari to create a pure bloodline. Shrine maidens are the omegas that are marked and mated by the shrine priest, and the purest and most trained become Shrine Priestess. They also handle all the medical issues in the village.

Akaashi is training to become a Shrine Maiden, and eventually a priestess. In order to become Shrine Priestess, he needs to undergo surgical medical training and go to school outside of the village accompanied by his life long friend, Iwaizumi.

But what he encounters is different from what he ever could have imagined.

Bokuto lives the typical teenage life, getting drunk in dorms and partying until the sun comes up. He's used to debauchery.
