Beomgyu, a 21-year-old spoiled guitarist is forced out of the family home in L.A by his father and into the small town of 'Julian'. He is instructed to create a garden in the backyard to teach him a lesson in hard work to cure his entitled manner. His next-door neighbour notices him through the shared backyard fence. Kai, green-fingered, cheerful and slightly puzzling- just keeps giggling at Beomgyu's failed attempts. While Beomgyu struggles with his conflicted feelings over Kai and with the weeds in both his yard and his own mind-- is his friendly, do-good neighbour, Kai, really all he appears to be?
