The secret of nagas is the second part of shiv Triology. In immortals of Melhua, Brahspati is a good friend of Shiva and is the Chief of Melhua Army which was killed by Nagas. Shiva rushes to save Sati who escapes from Nagas and Nagas leave coins their way. After meeting King Daksh and Dilipa, the king of Ayodhya along with the coins, they comes to know that the coins belong to the King Chandraketu, the ruler of Branga. Later, Shiv and Sati travels to Kashi to gather information about the Nagas. In this process, Parvateshwar gets injured due to small riots. Later, Shiva decides to travel Panchvati and bring the herb and so asks Divodas to arrange ship for him. Meanwhile, Sati gives birth to Shiva's child, Kartik. Shiva feels happy to know that he has become the father of a boy child. Later, Shiva leaves to Branga while Sati stays in Kasi to prevent the lion attacks on the villagers. Then comes a group of Naga men and women and there, one woman comes to Sati and reveals herself as Kali Sati's twin sister in her past birth. Sati feels so happy and overwhelmed to meet her twin sister. There at Branga, Shiva meets Pandit Parshuram who tells Shiva about Nagas and medicines and then Shiva comes to know that Parshuram is Vasudev. Later, he gives the recipe to Shiva and the people of Branga joins them. Then Shiva returns kashi while Sati introduces her to Kali and Ganesh. To the other way, while Ganesh was playing with Kartik in a local park, there comes and Ganesh saves kartik from the lion attack. Upon knowing the incident, Shiv forgives Ganesh and they decides to return Melhua and confront King Dakhsh to kill Sita's first husband, criticize Kali and Ganesh for their deformities. However, later Daksh blames Shiva for the distrust between Sita and him and asks Shiva to leave Melhua. Shiva with Kali returns to Panchvati and on their way, they faces several attacks. However, After they reaches Panchavati safely and Shiva finds a surprise waiting for him in Panchavati.
