Virgil Anxiety Black was in his room recovering from a panic attack when the castle is stormed. His best friend, Remus Lucious, has just enough time to help him escape before throwing himself back into the battle in an effort to save his boyfriend and Virgil's brother, Crown Prince Janus. Virgil finds himself running through the woods and unknowingly crosses the border between his kingdom and the kingdom next door. There Virgil is found by Crown Prince Roman, Remus's semi-long not exactly lost twin. After a few hurt feelings and a couple death stares the Light Realm learns what transpired next door. In an effort to help both kingdoms Roman's and Virgil (now acting King Virgil) make a truce and put aside their differences. Roman and his two friends, Marquess Patton and Lord Logan, join Virgil in this epic quest to save their brothers, and the Dark Realm kingdom. Like any great tale this book is filled with Fear! Love! Mal, a dragon witch, lives in the forest with her two sons, Janus and Virgil. Though the three are powerful, Mal made enemies with the fae who have ever since been trying to kidnap Janus for revenge. Luckily, or maybe unfortunately, they ignore Virgil for the most part since he was adopted. When they cross paths with the humans, things get a bit... messy. *Completed* The crowned prince of the Andreas kingdom, Prince Roman was blessed, or as he sees it cursed, to appear to people as their ideal version of beauty. The stress of it all had caused him and his twin brother, Remus, to run away. They had everything planned out, for the most part, but when the ship they ran away on is overtaken by pirates, they impulsively joined the crew. The captain of the ship, known as the Masked Pirate for he wore a black mask that covered his whole face, seemed like a stoic man to the public, but the twins quickly see his love for his crew. The twins believe that they had found the perfect family, and the best life. Until a deadly curse is placed upon the captain, and the crew has to rush to find an island that holds a fountain that can wash away curses before it's too late. The problem is that the island moves, and they're being chased down by someone who wants the captain dead. Pairings will be prinxiety, logicality, and demus, if it's not your jam that's fine you don't need to read. I will display trigger warnings at the beginning of ever chapter, which will include blood and death. There will also be slight cursing, no slurs.
