Overlap
I have a secret that I don't share with most. I've been swept up into something bigger than anything I could ever imagine, and now I'm involved with more than just this one world. Our universe is bigger and more amazing than anyone realizes. Reality is merely subjective; we judge it based on what we experience and perceive, even when others do not share the same experiences. When my life turned upside down, I wasn't trying to fall in love; I wasn't trying to get too involved. When my senses all became shared with somebody else, I learned too much to turn away from it all. Her world, so near yet so far away, is something I can experience through her, our senses combined together, our realities overlapped between two places. It's there when my story started. This is our story. It has a beginning, but not an ending. The things that happened to me over all these years would have messed with most people's heads. I put up with all of it, because I couldn't hold back how I felt for her. Little did I know that love comes with a price. As amazing as it is to hear about someone finding their soulmate, it's something that can just as easily tear a person limb to limb, leaving nothing behind but dust. Then one day he found electricity again. He used it for bad and soon conquered the whole world. Years later our world now runs on electricity again. 'I had never known how it feels to be lost in an other person's soul until the glimmering blue eyes of a massive girl's met mine. Those eyes find themselves in search of mine whenever mine looks down.
