After the sudden death of her father that was supposedly caused in an accident, Lexi Stone gets offered a job at C.O.D.E labs, a lab that is very secretive, but also suspicious, and the place where her father once worked. There are two floors, of the labs, that are restricted - for what reason? No one knows, but as Lexi manages to enter one of them, she discovers one of the lab's secret, a person. A creature, known as Subject A.S.H. It is a creature with abilities beyond the supernatural. A hybrid. 
    
    As she begins to work, she unravels mysteries, secrets that were never meant to be known to the outside world, and clues leading up to what really happened that caused her father's death. People aren't who they seem to be, especially not Lexi's closest and most trusted friends.
