Meanwhile dr wily found a powerful new artifact and when he analyzes it he is able to talk to other people from other universes. With this artifact, they can meet and plan on how to conquer their own universes! It's up to mega man to find new allies and save the multiverse from the evil forces that threaten the balance of time and space!
