Cruising at exactly 18 knots on the Atlantic, the R.M.S Lusitania [Royal Mail Steamer] was suddenly faced with the reality and cruelty of the First World War.
While enroute to Liverpool, the unthinkable happened. The fastest ship afloat, would become the second fastest sinking vessel afloat behind the forgotten Empress of Ireland.
From fictional characters' points of view of what happened up until they left New York City on May 1, 1915, up until the moment her stern vanished on May 7, 1915.

The number 13 is often associated with bad luck. Less popular ones are table salt spills, stepping down with the left foot, crossing chopsticks... But what about crossing fleets? Detonation, sinking, water-bulging, capsizing, nose-diving, submarine-ing are the ways a warship can be forgotten into the depths of an ocean... It is the year 2273, the years of naval glory made its much-awaited appearance. Plasmatic converters slowly replaced unsafe nuclear reactors while CIWS were modified to be firing compressed lasers... Task Force Z, the Prime warship fleet that dominated the oceans, had three successive fleets, Task force 0, 1 and 2. The Z fleet was composed of three ships: HMS Reckless (Flagship), HMS Reverie (Deputy_Flagship), USS Cleveland (Defense_Main). It was a fleet no one dared to even spy upon. Nothing, not anything could even get close to it. Nothing, except the Singularity. I am trying my best to improve my writing skills, so feel free to point out some mistakes (grammar or coherence). I will also try to schedule from three to five chapters per month.
