His Obsession

"Work for me," he whispered and though his eyes were soft his body was rigid.

Almost as if he were holding himself back from doing something. The thought alone made me wish I had never gotten this job as a waitress in the first place. The first real job I've ever gotten, just had to be at the one place where the Fangs liked to hang out. If Jacob weren't on a business trip right now I'd be dead. It's not as if Jacob or the Wolves could've anticipated this, it's not like I even told them I was getting a job. They didn't want to leave to the town that was about two towns over for fear of Edward Cullen getting his hands on me.

"I would never work for you."

Edwards eyes glowed with anger, his gaze turned lethal and his stance became that of a hungry predator. I held my breath so as not to be affected by his smell, as he leaned into me. His nose skimmed my neck leaving goosebumps everywhere he touched. I could feel his hot breath on my skin and I fought with every fiber of my being, to not be turned on by this.

"You either work for me, or I let all of the people in this bar know who you're related to. The minute they find out who your brother is, they'll try to hurt you," he growled,"and no one will try to protect you. So we could leave now before anyone notices you, or I could tell everyone and let them kill you right here."

"Jerry wouldn't let them touch me," I stuttered attempting to pull away.

"Jerry is one of them sweetheart, you're lucky he didn't ask you for ID."

It was then that I decided to play with the devil himself.

Synopsis #1

Bella Swan is the intelligent daughter of Charlie Swan, sister of adopted brother Jacob. She never meant to play with fire. But she was like the moth attracted to the dangerous flame, and even though she knew she'd end up getting burned. She couldn't help but enjoy the flame before it swallowed her whole.

Especially when that flame was as dangerous and sexy as Edward Cullen.
