Lyra's been through a lot in her life. To start, she lost her parents at a young age after losing them to a mission that had gone terribly wrong. Unable to break his promise to her parents, Fury took her in but even that had complications as she was always left alone. Since then, Lyra has done her best to prepare herself for any situation no matter how bad, while also keeping a barrier around her heart, and it worked. That was until she met the god of mischief.
A man who invaded her mind, took her against her will, wreaked havoc on earth not just once but twice, and hurt those she knew. He was nothing she could have prepared herself for and to say that she didn't hate him was an understatement. She loathed the god with his wicked grin, mischievous eyes, and sinful desires. That is until she discovers a sad truth to his tale. One that he had been hiding from his own brother. Will Lyra allow herself to fall for the mischievous god? A man with nothing but tricks up his sleeves who could do more harm than good to her already broken heart, or will she cut the strange unexplainable connection she has felt toward him since she first saw him.

We stumbled backwards until I laid on his chest and he grunted from the sudden impact. "Thor." I cursed under my breath. "Sorry..." I began lifting myself off of his body. I narrowed my gaze and quickly stood to rush into Thor's aid, ignoring his dejected expression. I was about to leap off the cliff side when I heard four words that had me frozen in my place unlike anything my powers could do.
