Y/n Woodshed was the top of her year at Ilvermorny, but when the American Wizarding Government crumbled, her and a few fellow students were tasked to finish out their schooling at Hogwarts and rebuild Ilvermorny and the Government once they graduate and people are not happy about it. 

With enemies lurking around every corner, willing to do whatever it takes to sabotage Y/n and her mission, what happens when once a closeted Y/n gets there, a cat helps her to meet three new people, a boy who only wants what's best for his best friend, a boy who's in somewhat of a similar predicament she's in and a girl who's ready to risk it all for her?

Follow from multiple POVs as she struggles under the pressure of saving the next generation of American wizards and witches and navigating a new life for herself as a student and as a queer teenager miles and miles away from family, all while falling in love, starting at fourth year and ending at the Battle Of Hogwarts.
