I'll Roll the Bones

After the fourth world war, the world is in shambles.

The United States is now known only as "States", divided into two; East Side and West Side. The East is recovering from the war, rebuilding.

The West, not so much.

Cris and her friends, Danielle and Natasha, struggle to survive in the cut-throat place. They start a gang, calling themselves the Watchers. Things get weird when Users start popping up. People with strange, superpower-like abilities. But they're the least of the Watchers' worries.

Trust is broken, enemies are made, people are hit with stop signs.

It's almost like their fates are decided with the roll of a die.

JUST SO YOU KNOW:
I wasn't joking with that last sentence. I have a few concrete things that will happen, but I don't really know what's going to happen or if characters will live or die. Because, as the title suggests, I roll the bones. I come up with some ways they can get in or out of a situation, then I roll some dice to choose.

This is a story dreamt up by my friends based off a stupid dream I had. I have other, actually serious, stories that I may or may not post here (not sure yet), and I'm working this into that canon. Like fifty years before any of them happen. Mostly so I don't have to do more world building. This is to appease my friends with their crazy story premise. Love you guys.
