It's been 11 years since Egypt. 11 years of guilt-filled days, silent meals, and avoiding any sort of connections, just so Jotaro won't get his heart broken again. Eventually, he grew up and pursued his passion for marine life while becoming one of the most important allies of the Speedwagon Foundation.
Now, he's in Morioh, working with his "uncle" to find and take down a notorious serial killer in the area. The work has kept his mind busy, so when he receives an odd fax one day, he doesn't think anything of it. But when an old friend returns to the scene with serious changes, will they be able to return to how they were before? Or will there be too many differences between them now?

Not long after Jotaro and Kakyoin graduate from high school, they got married and moved to a small beach like area on the outskirts of Tokyo. And even had a little girl they named "Jolyne", but then one day.. They recieved an urgent call from The Speedwagon Foundation. Jotaro's been gone for almost three months on a business trip, leaving Kakyoin and their five year old daughter, Jolyne, completely alone. At least one-three times a week Jotaro will call home, just checking in. But one sunny afternoon when Kakyoin picks up the phone, that's not the case. In the town where Jotaro was sent to work, Morioh, stand users are popping up one after another. But they've been easy enough for the most part. But Jotaro and new comrades, Josuke Higashskita, Okuyasu Nijimura, Koichi Hirose, Rohan Kishibe, and Yukako Yamagishi, run into a foe they cannot defeat alone. At first it all seems easy, maybe some property damage here and there, but this is soon proven to be quite the difficult task. Unlike stand users in the past, they all had connections to other people like DIO, but this one fights completely alone. Avdol moved to Italy with him. Kakyoin is working within Speedwagon Foundation. And Jotaro... his life feels empty. He's filling his emptiness with anything that could get him warmth and comfort, no matter the cost. Kakyoin comes to check on his dear friend in hopes to find out how he could help him. This isn't a story of love and romance. This is a story of surviving depression, self-harm and aimlessness through life. This story will be gross.
