The Hunt

Mia Kane has never been the nurturing type. But when she is left with a pregnancy after a one night stand, she finds that she can't bring it in herself to get rid of the fetus. Because, at that point that's all it is.
So...why does she feel so compelled to keep the baby? Why is she willing to risk everything over a child that she never thought would exist? What happened to her earlier conviction that she would terminate any pregnancy that got in her way?
Unable to answer and unwilling to delve any deeper into the matter, Mia finds herself fleeing for her and her child's safety. After finally settling down, Mia gives birth and looks forward to the first night with her precious child. What she doesn't expect is her baby to turn into a fluffy little pup. And his father is somehow outside, knocking the door down and demanding that this his mate return to his side.
