How do you describe pain to someone? And I'm not talking about the stepping on a Lego type of pain, I'm talking about the internal kind. The kind of pain that makes you go crazy. How do you explain that to someone? The answer to that is... you don't. You can express it. Suppress it. Or try to forget it. Suppression is basically procrastinating and forgetting it is pointless.
