How do you describe pain to someone? And I'm not talking about the stepping on a Lego type of pain, I'm talking about the internal kind. The kind of pain that makes you go crazy. How do you explain that to someone?
The answer to that is... you don't. You can express it. Suppress it. Or try to forget it.
Suppression is basically procrastinating and forgetting it is pointless. This is how I express mine.

Some people don't understand the concept of someone's mind when they're at their worst in life. Others grasp the pain these people are in. I am one of those people whom grasp it but also experience it, long term. I am Harper, and I happen to be a young adult suffer many mental illnesses. I finally manage to reply, but my response is nothing but a weak nod. My whole body is trembling as he stares at me. I would run if i could, but my body is frozen in panic.
