Henry Stickman returns to his position as Leader of the Toppat Clan, accopmanied by his newly recruited Right Hand Lady Ellie. Everything goes back to normal for all Toppats and they begin setting up multiple missions.
On one of these specific missions, the clan is ambushed by the government. Henry is cornered by a government official on the rooftop, only to find it's the one and only Charles Calvin. Adventures insue and who knows, maybe a love may just blossom out of this.
