This story is if Sirius raised Harry. So Sirius didn't go after Peter and he didn't get put in Azkaban. Remus and Tonks also help Sirius. Remus and Tonks also had Teddy a little after Harry was born, so Teddy and Harry were basically the same age and grew up as the second generation of the marauders and also grew up as step-brothers.
