Sometimes, even the experiences which are meant to be the best and the most memorable ones turn out to be utter nightmares. 
One such thing happened to two simple girls living a simple life when they were suddenly embroiled into a huge mess and the road to get out of it wasn't clear at all. Was there a road out of it? Who knows? All they had were black clouds around them.

Shreya Singh, a professor of Forensic Psychology in Mumbai finally gets a month long vacation after a whole year full of hectic schedules. She wants to go visit Shimla, a hill station in Himachal Pradesh, in Northern India. 
Her best friend, Huma Khan is a quiet, peaceful person who likes to enjoy vacations by sitting inside the house, but this time, Shreya doesn't listen to her and together, they embark on this journey. 

On the second night of their stay in the expensive five star hotel, Black Clouds Hotel, Shreya becomes the prime suspect in the murder of the hotel's manager. 
The hotel's ambience and the fact that it is situated in a desolate place was once a good thing for the both of them but now, it seems to be a sin considering the sketchy behaviour of the people in the hotel.
