"I'm not very good at controlling what my face does or what my mouth says."

For four generations, people in space called the Ark "home", and for four generations, Earth's been the dream - a dream that all of the Arks' people will be able to one day call Earth home and inhabit the planet like their ancestors once did.

Among 2,659 Ark inhabitants is 16-year-old Addison Anderson. She was living as best of a life she could with her parents and best friend before she was arrested. Ten months later, she didn't think her boring cell life would ever change until her eighteenth birthday, but then members of the Ark Guard came into her cell and clamped on a wristband.

. . . oh how wrong she was.

"It's like a hurricane; therefore you can't stop it, you endure it." In a post - apocalyptic world, thousands of those apart of the human race continue to reside in a space station called The Ark. A place where several different countries came together to create a place where they can all live in peace until Earth is a safe place to live in once again. With oxygen supply running short, possibly gone within the next four months, there was only one thing left to do; send 100 convicts under the age of eighteen down to the dangerous terrain that is planet Earth. Almost everyone aboard The Ark knew about the tale of Octavia Blake, the girl who lived under the floorboards for around sixteen years, but her story pales in comparrison to Olivia Ross', the girl who was ripped away from her family the moment she was born. All because she was a twin. It was against the law to have more than one child on The Ark due to supplies available, but after a misdiagnosis, Liv's mother had twins rather than just the expected son. This immediately resulting in her jail sentence. Except when Liv finds herself two weeks away from reaching the dreaded age of eighteen, she's soon casted down to Earth along with ninety nine others just like herself. Liv knew that this journey would be dangerous, but she never expected to see the one person she had desired to meet most; her twin brother. [season one] [book one of the olivia ross series]

"I can't believe it, you literally had one job." "It's not my fault that my decoy was rubbish." "I'm gonna have to stop calling you hotshot because your shot was so not hot." "Well, I'm sorry my name isn't Killer like you." "Asshole. That's your new nickname. Asshole Blake." -------------------------- Rory Montgomery is a lot of things to a lot of people: Princess. Rebel. Legend. Murderer. Expendable. Prisoner. At the age of 17, she was locked up in the Sky Box by her father (the King) and the closest thing she had to a real dad, Marcus Kane. Rory Montgomery was locked up because she had committed a crime and had to pay, with her life. However, weeks before she turns 18 she is one of the lucky 100 sent to the ground. On Earth, Rory is reunited with her best friends and someone she had thought she would never lay eyes on again. It's here that she begins to realise that maybe they weren't as lucky as they first thought. Earth is no fairytale, it's a full blown fight for survival. Book 1 in the Rory Montgomery series.
