In the early 22nd Century, [Geoid-Earth] had an unexpected and tragic outburst of monsters, along with a series of "awakenings" that gave people the power to fight these monsters with the aid of a [System]

They gradually overpowered these "monsters" and civilization blossomed with man reigning as the peak existence and [Heroes] and [Beast Hunters] as their pillars.

Things became better when the government placed a theory, albeit flimsy, that everything was simply a phase of humanity's evolution. Great progress came upon the world as they combined their already profound knowledge in science and the new phenomenon known as magic.

However, this belief was brought down ten years after the outburst of monsters, known as the [System Ascendance]

It became clear that humanity was simply a pawn in a grand scheme, a little chess piece in a game far beyond their imagination.

The world will be thrown into utter chaos in [System Year 025], and only a select few can stand for humanity with what little power they have as [Players] and [Avatars]

Luckily, Nicholas had "seen" all this coming after a "lucky" encounter.

With less than fifteen years to go, he will struggle with his wit and power, rise to be a worthy [Avatar] and protect those dear to him.
