A story about a young couple living in one roof and then war suddenly approached forcing the husband to enlist and fight for the upcoming war. But the war was left adrift and the man didn't come back, his body was not found. Years after, the mother-in-law and the wife was forced to live in famine; they both was hired as maids working for a dandy, ignoble man. Finding justice and revenge, the wife was astounded when she found out her husband was still alive but was upset with what she found out after.
