There's trouble in 21st century U.K., 2014. The kingdom has experienced a number of blows by nature, by neighboring countries, and even within its own boarders. The brilliant sorcerer, Merlin, sees this as an act of socrery, a kind he hasn't seem in a long time. But in his old state he cannot investigate. For years, Merlin had lived the peaceful life of an old man, waiting patiently for his dear friend to return. But with all that is happening, Merlin desperately needs his friend back.
